To use Recipe Book, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Recipe Content

When you share recipes on our platform, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Recipe Book a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and share your recipes within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your recipes do not violate any third-party rights.

4. Recipe Books and Sharing

Recipe Books are shared spaces where members can collaborate. Administrators can manage members and content within their Recipe Books. Users are expected to respect the collaborative nature of Recipe Books and not misuse shared access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Recipe Book for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Sharing malicious code or attempting to harm the platform

6. Changes to Service

Recipe Book reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recipe Book is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of recipes, cooking instructions, or any consequences that may arise from using our service.
